Lately, famous singer Mariah Carey has revealed that she wants to design a maternity line. Mariah Carey is a famous woman who believes that her maternity clothing will be the best for fashion-conscious mothers-to-be.

Mariah Carey has also recently revealed that she is expecting her first child, and is so happy to be pregnant. She also stated that this new state inspired her to design a range of maternity wear. She even told WWD: “It makes me really want to design a maternity line.”

Mariah Carey is already on her way in the process of establishing her own fashion line for cable channel Home Shopping Network (HSN). The line will certainly feature the 40-year-old’s favorite butterfly print on clothing, jewelry as well as footwear that is said to be rather affordable.

Say hello to the fuller figures and longer hemlines as the skirt and dress silhouettes of the ‘50s and early ‘60s look are swinging back onto the runway as a 2011 fashion trend. The ‘60s dress trend was inspired by the ladylike dressing that flowed on from the late 1950s.

Nevertheless, word around is that her fashion line is really working well. Apparently, the star will be staring in a shoot for Kira Plastinina, which is a Russian clothing line. How is the star doing in rehab? Her mum seems to think she has changed. Well, what can we say? Some mothers are just blind.

For this upcoming season, fur is becoming the new hot trend for Fall/Winter 2010 and 2011. Half of the designers used fur in their Fall/Winter 2010 and 2011 collections. Various types of fur are being used, from natural, artificial to red and green fur. It’s high time everyone made a few garments out of it.

The 20-year-old country singer will be joining hands with Elizabeth Arden to create fragrance products and a new line of perfume. Taylor Swift by now is popularly known as the reason why everyone hates Kanye West. She’s also popularly known to add a personal touch to all of her songs. Elizabeth Arden, on the other hand is known for her classy touch in fashion specially fragrances.

Arden has been the manufacturer of designer perfumes for Juicy Couture and has also collaborated with Britney Spears and Elizabeth Taylor. The new collaboration between Taylor Swift and Elizabeth Arden will see its launch approximately late next year. For now, let’s wish Taylor all the success in fashion as well.

This season’s fashion is all about the feminine look and being the perfect subtly sensuous ladylike. Some fashion pieces that are used in this feminine look are the cute kitten heels that are back from a few seasons’ absence. Some agreed that the high heels certainly make legs look longer and more elegant while some says that it makes women look like giants.

Other than that, there’s the chunky oversized cardigan, which looks great when paired with skinny jeans or leggings tucked into tall boots and jewellery. Lace also has proven to be a part of this femininity trend as women’s clothes are sporting the “all over see through lace” and some were seen carrying lace trims.

However, shades of grey have been all over the catwalk recently, any shade from ash grey to icy silvers would be great for a feminine look. To cover up this look is the most wanted coat especially the camel coat is much needed for the sophisticated and feminine look.

Kelly Osbourne needs no introduction of her own. The rockstar offspring and reality TV star revealed that she’s planning to launch her own line soon. But, the once singer said that she won’t be doing that just yet.

Kelly Osbourne admitted that she wanted to create her own fashion line, but before that happens the young star said she had like to gain some proper experience. This definitely sounds like a good idea especially for the star when at the beginning of her career was panned by fashion critics for her style.

The daughter of the great Ozzy Osbourne didn’t reveal at once in which fashion line she plans on learning a few tips, but sources are quick to comment by saying it could be the great Roberto Cavalli. We must admit that we’re impressed with Kelly’s fashion strategy compared to those stars who think of themselves talented enough to create a fashion line.

Occasionally when a celebrity fails, or at least with the law, it somehow helps to boast her status with the public.
